In comparison, a full-time inspector is committed to learning all he or she can to be the best at this profession. Yes, this is a profession that requires extensive training and continuing education and a full-time commitment.

3. Are you ASHI Certified?

This one question will tell you how committed your inspector is to being the best. An American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Inspector has made the strongest industry commitment to this profession in terms of quality inspections and ethics. An ASHI Certified Inspector is the best of the best.
