“I was looking up different home inspectors in the area and when I did Charles came up with the highest rating out of all of them so I decided to go with him. I am pleased to say he WAS the best. The price was in my budget and he did amazing work. He laid everything out that he found or even things that he thought needed done in a couple years or so.
